All completed/finalized deliveries will have a receipt (for Inbound deliveries) or an issue (for Outbound deliveries) available in the Deliveries screen.

These are hidden unless you choose to make them visible by enabling the Show all receipts and issues slider in the Filter Options pane (see Filter deliveries).

Receipts and issues, when set to visible, are displayed below the corresponding delivery record.

The Delivery Record ID quickly shows you if a record is a receipt or an issue based on the preceding characters.

Record ID naming

Receipt of a corresponding completed/finalized delivery

Record ID is preceded by ‘R
(e.g., R113000010).
R’ means Receipt.

Issue of a corresponding completed/finalized delivery

Record ID is preceded by ‘I
(e.g., I113000010).
I’ means Issue.

The receipt or issue can also be accessed from the delivery details screen, under the From section.
