Can I over-deliver onto a contract?
Can I over-deliver onto a contract?
Updated over 2 years ago

Yes, you can deliver above the contract quantity when needed. You will be notified, however, if you are about to.

If the delivery quantity (plus previous delivery quantities) onto a particular contract is more than the agreed contract quantity, AgriDigital Onfarm will ask you if you want to continue with the delivery. This helps you to keep track of remaining obligations on your contracts and prevent your team from over-delivering onto contracts.

After clicking Yes, the delivery will be saved and applied to that contract.

Tip The Warning message contains additional information to help you decide if you want to continue with the delivery.

Contract Qty (Tolerance)

This is the contract quantity as agreed in the contract. If tolerance is applied to the contract, it will be shown inside brackets. Note that this is not included in the calculation.

Current delivered Qty

This is the quantity already delivered onto the contract.

New Delivered Qty

This is the quantity already delivered onto the contract, including the delivery about to be created.

Keywords: over deliver onto exceeded contract quantity, contract tolerance
