Delivery receipts and issues are available in the Deliveries screen, but are hidden by default unless you choose to make them visible. To show delivery receipts and issues, enable the Show all receipts and issues slider in the Filter Options pane (see Filter deliveries).

The Deliveries list view resets every time you leave the Deliveries screen. You will need to set the filter option each time to see the delivery receipts and issues. |
Another way to see receipts and issues is through the Receipt link in the From section of a downloadable and printable delivery record.
