If you can’t share a delivery and the Share icon is greyed-out (particularly in the mobile app), it’s possible that the delivery is not yet synced to AgriDigital Onfarm.
You’ll be able to share an unsynced delivery once the mobile app has successfully synced.
The mobile app will automatically sync once it detects a strong internet connection.
If you have manually enabled offline mode, make sure to toggle it back off so that the mobile app can complete a sync and allow you to share deliveries. Go to the More screen and disable Toggle Manual Offline.
