A site Operator is only able to delete a delivery if it has an "In Progress" or "Warehoused" status (for status definitions, please see Delivery status definitions).
NOTE: Deleting a delivery cannot be reversed and should only be used if editing the delivery will not rectify the issue.
To delete a delivery, follow these steps:
- Select the Delivery you wish to delete. You will now be viewing the delivery details
- Select the Options drop-down menu and select "Delete delivery". You will be prompted to confirm you are sure, click "Yes, delete this delivery" to confirm.
- The delivery be completely removed from AgriDigital from the supplier's view. A deleted delivery can be viewed by the Site Operator as 'Cancelled'. This allows the Site Operator to keep an audit of all deliveries that have come through the site. both the site operators and the supplier's view.
