To add a new person to your Connections module, follow the steps below:
- Once you have navigated to the People tab, select the "Add person" button in the top right-hand corner
- To add a new person you need to have already created the organization they belong to. If you have not done this please see Adding a new organization. If you have, proceed to step 3.
- Search for the relevant organization in the "Organization Search" field and select. This will pre-fill all the organization details for you.
- Enter the contact user details in the "Personal info" section of the form and save by selecting "Create User". When you create new contracts you will now be able to select this user as a contact.
- An introductory email will be sent to the new contact to validate their email address.
