Invoice Date for a Sales Tax Invoice (not an RCTI) will always be equal to the date you generated that Invoice, regardless of the contract price basis (domestic and export).
It is worth noting that The Invoice Date (in green box) and The Invoice Due Date (in blue box) carry different rules, understanding the tax invoice due date can be found here.
