It's important to distinguish between delivery payment due date and invoice due date.
Delivery Payment Due Date
Every contract has a set of Payment Terms and, when a delivery is made onto the contract, the delivery is assigned a payment due date based on those payment terms.
The delivery payment due date, as shown in the 'Delivery payment due date' field on the Delivery Payments list screen in the platform, is the payment due date that a delivery is assigned when it is delivered onto a contract. The delivery payment due date calculation is based on the transfer date of the delivery. The transfer date depends on whether the delivery was made at an AgriDigital-subscriber's Site or not. Further information on this is set out below.
The delivery payment due date for a particular delivery does not change to match the invoice due date once an invoice is generated for that delivery.

Site owner is not AgriDigital subscriber
If the site at which a delivery is made is not owned by an AgriDigital subscriber, the transfer date for that delivery is equal to the delivery date specified by the user when they enter the delivery in AgriDigital.
If a Contract has 'Cash on delivery' payment terms, and a delivery is made onto that contract on 02/08/18, but the delivery date specified by the user is 01/02/18, the transfer date of that delivery is 01/02/18 and therefore that delivery is assigned 01/02/18 as the delivery payment due date.
Alternatively, if a Contract has '30 days End of Month' payment terms, and a delivery was made onto that contract on 13/06/18, but the delivery date specified by the user is 09/06/18, the transfer date of that delivery is 09/06/18 and therefore that delivery is assigned 30/07/18 as the delivery payment due date.
Site owner is AgriDigital subscriber
If the site at which a delivery is made is owned by an AgriDigital subscriber, the transfer date for that delivery is equal to the date at which the delivery is entered into AgriDigital, not the delivery date specified by the user when the delivery is entered.
If a Contract has 'Cash on delivery' payment terms, and a delivery is made onto that contract on 02/08/18, but the delivery date specified by the user is 01/02/18, the transfer date of that delivery is 02/02/18 and therefore that delivery is assigned 02/08/18 as the delivery payment due date.
Alternatively, if a Contract has '30 days End of Month' payment terms, and a delivery was made onto that contract on 13/06/18, but the delivery date specified by the user is 09/06/18, the transfer date of that delivery is 13/06/18 and therefore that delivery is assigned 30/07/18 as the delivery payment due date.
