Navigation: Transactions > Consignments > Consignment details > Add Additional Data form
The 'Add Additional Data' button takes you to a centralised form where you can further populate your already existing internal documents for each consignment. The fields in this form are linked, so any additions or changes made to the form will be reflected in the relevant documents.
For example, when entering 'Vessel name' in the Add Additional Data form, this information will automatically display in Proforma Invoice, Packing List and Shipment Advice.
To add data to your Consignment, follow the following steps below:
1. Select the Consignment you wish to add data to (this will take you to the Consignment details page)
2. Select the green 'Add Additional Data' button on your Consignment details screen
3. Enter the relevant data for your Consignment, including Packing, Fumigation, Shipping and Other.
4. Select the green 'Save changes' button in the top right corner of the screen
