If a PRA has been rejected or some information needs to be updated, follow these steps:
- Amend information in the corresponding field/s (to find the field/s in AgriDigital, refer to What information is required to send a valid PRA)
- Go to your consignment details screen and click ‘Send PRA’ button
Importantly, all container PRAs will be sent again to 1-Stop. 1-Stop will process and overwrite the information for all (accepted and rejected) PRAs. The new PRA status will be sent to you by email, where you can check the amended one/s.
Information about when the last PRA was sent can be found in the PRA section under the ‘External Documents and Integrations’ tab in your Consignment details screen.
