Relevant to: Growers
All grower details that we store on AgriDigital come directly from NGR - the National Grower Register. This includes payment details, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.
As we get all of these details from NGR, we are unable to edit any grower details on our platform. In order for these details to be correct, the grower must update their details in NGR. Once they are updated in NGR, you will be able to click 'sync' in the NGR integration which is the big green button located in Settings > Transactions > Customers and this will transfer the new details across.
To edit or change grower details you will need to get into contact with NGR. The best way to contact NGR is through either calling them on 1800 556 630 or contacting them via their website https://ngr.com.au/contact-us/
