If your order has not reached the minimum quantity within tolerance, it will not automatically complete and you will not be able to mark as complete. See this article for more information on tolerance.
The way you complete the order will depend on its status.
If the order is 'In Progress', you will need to edit the ordered quantity to be the same as the delivered quantity, or so that the delivered amount is within tolerance. See this article for more information on editing orders.
Once the quantity has reached the minimum tolerance, you will be able to mark the order as complete in the drop-down menu on the top right hand side. See this article for information on this process.
If the order is 'Unfulfilled', you will need to edit the ordered quantity as above. The order will then automatically complete as the end date has passed.
If the order is 'Awaiting Deliveries', you can cancel the order following these instructions.
