When viewing the Settlements / Invoices section in Settlements (Invoices), you will see colored markers on each row. These status indicators help you know if a particular invoice has been paid or cancelled.

Updating of Settlement (Invoice) status

Below is a summary of corresponding action or information needed for each invoice status.

Settlement (Invoice) Status	Action/Information provided	Description
Paid	User creates a new settlement (invoice) from the Settlements (Invoices) screen, provides necessary details, and then clicks Reconcile.	A settlement (invoice) record indicating a list of completed deliveries was created and is now considered as paid (see Mark deliveries as paid). Deliveries included in a paid invoice will not anymore appear as suggestions when creating new settlements (invoices).
Cancelled	From the Settlements (Invoices) list, the user clicks the Options icon beside a record and selects Cancel.	A settlement (invoice) record which was previously marked as paid is now cancelled (see Cancel a settlement or invoice). Deliveries included in a cancelled invoice will re-appear as suggestions when creating new settlements (invoices).
Failed	User creates a new settlement (invoice) from the Settlements (Invoices) screen, provides necessary details, and then clicks Reconcile.	A settlement (invoice) record was not created successfully, likely because: One of the deliveries in the settlement (invoice) changed its status to Cancelled while it’s being selected for settlement creation. One of the deliveries in the settlement (invoice) was already selected and successfully marked as paid by another person before you do.

Note Deliveries listed in a paid settlement (invoice) will be locked from editing or cancelling.
