Why can't I edit or cancel a delivery?

A delivery can't be edited or cancelled if it has already been associated with a settlement (invoice).

To make corrections or cancel a delivery listed on a paid settlement or invoice, you will need to:

  1. Cancel the settlement (invoice)
    (see Cancel a settlement or invoice).

  2. Update or cancel the necessary delivery in Deliveries
    (see Update or edit a delivery, or Cancel a delivery).

  3. Create a new settlement, this time with the correct deliveries associated with it
    (see Mark deliveries as paid).
