We operate on a ticketing basis, by way of Chat and Email requests will are filtered through to our Customer Support Team Inbox for review and actioning.

When logged into your AgriDigital account, you will see our AD Logo at the bottom right of your platform screen. This is our Chat feature, where you can seek 24/7 assistance, when you need it.

Our comprehensive, self-service Help Centre provides 24/7 access to guides, tutorials, FAQs, and how to videos.


It is your first stop for instantly finding answers, learning best practices, and understanding AgriDigital Platform features at your own pace.​

For platform queries, complex issues, or technical troubleshooting, our expert Customer Support team are available via email.

Those on a Freemium (unpaid) account ie Growers (NGR), Buyers/Trades and Site Operators, will be subject triage process.
