Each contract between a buyer and grower will specify a tolerance on the quantity of the commodity that can be delivered.

This means that the terms of the contract will be satisfied once a quantity within the tolerance range of the contract is delivered to the buyer by the grower.

When a Contract is 'In Progress', the delivery end date has not passed and therefore you can edit the Contract.

If you would like to complete a Contract that is 'In Progress' but outside of tolerance, you can edit the Contract to adjust the quantity to be within the tolerance of what has been delivered. Then, once the delivery end date has passed, the Contract will automatically update itself to be 'Completed'.

If you would like to update the Contract before the delivery end date, you are also able to click 'Complete Contract' in the drop down menu.

When a Contract is 'Unfulfilled' it means that the delivery end date has passed and the tolerance has not been met.

To complete this, you will need to edit the Contract and move the delivery end date to a date in the future. Once the delivery end date has been edited, you will be able to edit the quantity on the Contract to bring it within the tolerance. Then the Contract will be completed once the delivery end date has passed.
