Adding a comment to an invoice

As a the creator of an invoice, you can add a comment to the invoice at any time, regardless of the status of the invoice.

To add a comment to an invoice:

  1. Navigate to the invoice and select 'Add comment'.

  2. Enter the comment and hit save.

  3. The comment will now appear on the invoice.

Comments can be added to both sales tax invoices and RCTIs.

Editing the comment on an invoice

To edit a comment on an invoice:

  1. Navigate to the invoice and select 'Edit comment'.

  2. Enter the comment and hit save.

  3. The comment will now appear on the invoice.
