The Site Operator delivery form captures additional references relating to ID cards, containers, transfer and seal numbers. This feature will facilitate more accurate and detailed tracking of deliveries. For example, a container filled with grain being outturned from a site could contain three separate Seal numbers and these would each be captured as a separate reference.
To enter reference details, follow these steps:
Create "New Delivery" from within the Storage > Deliveries tab
Scroll down to the Vehicle details section. You will see a green circle with a (+) sign in it, next to it is the text "Add reference" - click on this button (multiple references can be created with this button
The form will expand and allow you to enter a Reference and select a Type. Note: after clicking on the "Add reference" button, you cannot complete the form until you have entered information in the two extra fields or clicked on the grey (-) button to remove the extra reference
