What information is required to send a valid PRA?

1-Stop requires specific information in order to process a PRA message. In AgriDigital, this information can be divided into two categories:

  1. Fixed data (you only have to enter it once), located in Settings.

  2. Variable data (different for every consignment), located at a contract, order, delivery and consignment level.

The following list shows all 1-Stop mandatory fields and its location in AgriDigital:

1. Fixed data:

Settings > Account > Company

2. Variable data:

While creating a contract (contract form):

Transactions > Consignments > Details screen > Add Additional Data form:

Important: all above fields must be populated for the PRA message to be sent; if some data field is missing, AgriDigital will show an alert message indicating the missing field/s. In this case, the PRA won’t be sent to 1-Stop.

If all the above fields are entered, a message with the PRAs of all packed containers will be sent to 1-Stop.
