Enabling the "Create Deliveries" Button on Orders
Updated over a week ago

The "Create Deliveries" button on the Order Details screen allows you to create deliveries against an order. However, there are certain conditions that must be met for this option to be available.

To enable the "Create Deliveries" button, ensure that the following requirements are met:

1. Order Status: The order must be in one of the following statuses: "Awaiting Deliveries", "In Progress", or "Unfulfilled".

2. Delivery Date Range: The current date must fall within the order's delivery date range (between the delivery start and end dates).

3. Order Ownership: You must be the buyer or seller associated with the order.

4. Inspection Type: For buyer receival orders (where the destination is an inventory location), the destination contract's inspection type must be set to "Destination". Alternatively, the selected grade must match one of the grades on the destination contract.

5. Multi-Grade Orders: For multi-grade orders, the destination contract's inspection type must be set to "Destination" to enable the "Create Deliveries" button. If the inspection type is set to "Origin", the button will be disabled.

6. Managed Sites: If the order involves a managed site (either the origin or destination location), the "Create Deliveries" button may be disabled unless specific conditions are met (e.g., the origin contract's price basis is "Free On Truck (FOT) Buyer").

If the "Create Deliveries" button is not available, review the order details and ensure that the above conditions are met. If you are still unable to create a delivery, please contact customer support for further assistance.
