AgriDigital Onfarm General Overview - Main modules

The main modules

The three main modules in AgriDigital Onfarm are Contracts, Inventory, and Deliveries. Most of your time is spent on going between these three modules.

Contracts

Contracts is where you record and keep track all of your agreements with other parties. The Contracts list displays each of your contracts’ status. Clicking a row brings up the Contract details screen, which shows you more details about a particular contract.

Create a new delivery

Let’s get to creating your first delivery. Go ahead and click Create delivery at the top right portion of the screen. This will lead you to the delivery form.

The delivery form is organized into sections. In essence, what’s important is you always take note of where a delivery is coming from, where it’s going to, the commodity and quantity you are moving.

Everytime you create a new delivery, you have a choice whether to Save or Complete. Use Save if the delivery is still moving. Use Complete if the delivery has reached its destination.

Remember Information in the Inventory module will only reflect deliveries that you Complete. Check out your updated inventory by going to Inventory.
