1 Initial setup

Be sure to set up your account first to get the most out of AgriDigital Onfarm
(see also Why is setting up your AgriDigital Onfarm account important?).

To manage and optimize your on-farm storage, here are the initial set up tasks you’ll need to do:

2 Check your inventory on hand

To see how much inventory you’ve got on hand, simply go to the Inventory module. Here, you can see My Bins (your on-farm storage), and All Locations (all the inventory you and others have at your locations and other locations you deliver to).

Inventory gives you an overview of the commodity, bin utilization (%), and current quantity in the bin.

3 Update your inventory

Every time a delivery has completed, your inventory will be updated accordingly. Here’s how to create a delivery from start to finish.

4 Check how much grain you have committed to sell

All your sale and purchase contracts are placed in the Contracts module. All important information about each contract is displayed here in summary—including contract quantity, the delivered quantity, and remaining quantity to be delivered.

To add a new contract in this list, click Create Contract.

The delivered and remaining quantities are updated in real-time based on completed deliveries onto contracts recorded in the Deliveries module.

Note Only deliveries that have been completed will be reflected in your position.
