Stay on top of your contracts and know how many you have already fulfilled and still up against. You can easily manage the sale of your grain by using the Contracts module, alongside the Deliveries and Inventory modules.
Below is an overview of activities arranged in sequence to help you get started with AgriDigital Onfarm for knowing exactly what you have left to sell. Within each section, you'll find links to detailed instructions for each.
You need to be logged-in to do the steps below. Learn more about Logging in to AgriDigital Onfarm. | Table of contents |
1 Initial setup
Before getting started, make sure that you’ve added your connections in Settings. This will help you to create new contracts and deliveries faster and make data entry more accurate as you’ll simply have to select them in a drop-down list when creating new records.
2 Create a contract
All your contracts are found in the Contracts module. All important information about each contract is displayed here in summary—including contract quantity, the delivered quantity, and remaining quantity to be delivered.
To add a new contract in this list, click Create Contract on the top right.
3 Create a delivery onto a contract
To start creating deliveries onto a contract, go to the Deliveries module and click Create Delivery on the top right. In the delivery form that appears, simply select where the inventory will be coming from, set the To section to Contract, and fill out all the other applicable fields.
4 Update and complete your delivery
Moving inventory from point A to point B involves some steps going in between, like taking the weights in a weighbridge before it reaches the final destination. And so we’ve designed AgriDigital Onfarm so you can easily get back to a created delivery record and update it as you go through your workflow.
When the inventory has reached its final destination, be sure to mark a delivery as complete so that AgriDigital Onfarm can reflect it to the Deliveries list, and also show you your up-to-date inventory quantities in the Inventory module.
5 Check the progress of your contracts
You can quickly see the status of your contracts by going to the Contracts module and looking at the status indicators on the left of each row in the list.
You can also check the delivered and remaining quantity columns to see how much you have already fulfilled and still up against.
6 Mark a contract as complete
Manually mark the contract as complete when all terms have already been fulfilled.
