If you have to create a number of deliveries with similar details, you can use the Copy delivery feature to make encoding faster. With Copy delivery, you won’t need to enter each delivery detail again; simply edit the fields which are unique to each delivery before saving.

To copy a delivery:

Tip Click on any blank space on the column headers, and then press the right arrow key until the list moves to the right edge of the Deliveries list, where you will see the Options icon.

Note If all required fields have information provided, you can directly finalize and complete the delivery by clicking Complete. Doing this will adjust your inventory accordingly.

You can also finalize and complete the delivery at a future date (see Complete a delivery).

1. In the Deliveries screen, do a swipe right gesture to a delivery item, and then tap Copy.

2. The Create Delivery screen appears with information from the swiped delivery already filled-out in the form fields.

Edit the fields which are unique to the new delivery.

3. After completing the delivery details, tap Save.

The delivery will be saved in AgriDigital Onfarm and can be accessed from the desktop app later. Tap the new item in the Deliveries screen to see its details.

Note If all required fields have information provided, you can directly finalize and complete the delivery by tapping Complete. Doing this will adjust your inventory accordingly.

You can also finalize and complete the delivery at a future date (see Complete a delivery).

Tip You can tap Save & Copy to duplicate the current delivery displayed. Edit the fields which are unique to the new delivery before saving.
