During harvest, large numbers of deliveries are entered into AgriDigital Onfarm. Sometimes mistakes are made along the way. Or sometimes you have limited information on-hand.
To ensure you have reliable inventory and reporting data, you can edit deliveries to make sure that they are correct and up-to-date.
Note To edit a delivery onto a completed contract, you need to first revert that contract to its previous status (Revert a contract to its previous status). |
To update or edit a delivery:
On your desktop
In the left navigation bar, click Deliveries.
Click the delivery item that you want to update.
In the Delivery details screen that appears, click the Options icon on the top-right, and then select Edit Delivery.
Update the delivery information as necessary.
When you have finished:
- if you just want to update and save the delivery, click Save.
- if you want to update and finalize the delivery, click Complete.
- for completed deliveries, click Update.
Note on updating location for completed deliveries
Since updating a location for completed deliveries will impact their record ID number, AgriDigital Onfarm will ask you to confirm if you want to proceed.
After clicking Yes in the dialog box, you will see two related entries in your Deliveries list--one cancelled showing the old location, and one completed with the new location. These are made available for your reference.
On your mobile
Go to the Deliveries screen and tap the delivery item that you want to update.
At the bottom of the delivery details screen, tap the Options button and then select Edit.
Update the delivery information as necessary.
When you have finished:
- if you just want to update and save the delivery, click Save.
- if you want to update and finalize the delivery, click Complete.
- for completed deliveries, click Update.
Note on updating location for completed deliveries
Since updating a location for completed deliveries signifies a major change, AgriDigital Onfarm will ask you to confirm if you want to proceed.
