For each of your on-farm <a href="https://intercom.help/agridigital/en/articles/7923629" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">storage locations</a>, you can organize bins and assign them to store a specified commodity, specify its capacity, preferred unit of measurement, and storage type.

You can edit a bin to update its details like name or storage type, or change its assigned commodity, using either your desktop or the mobile app.

In the left navigation bar, click Settings and then My Storage.

Under the My Bins tab, click the Options icon of the bin that you want to edit, and then select Edit Bin.

In the screen that appears, fill out the Bin Details, Commodity Allocation, and Internal Notes sections.

If you are rotating between different commodities in your bin, make sure that the previous commodity has already zero Current Quantity and is inactive, so you can set the new commodity you will store to Active.

You can insert additional commodity in your bin rotation by clicking Add Commodity. Type the necessary information and set it to Active. Make sure all other commodities in the list either has zero Current Quantity or has same quantity as initial setup, and is set to Inactive, otherwise the form will not be saved.

You need one commodity to be active to update the bin.

Current Quantity for existing commodities is locked for editing.
