Share any document/artefact—Contract, Delivery record or Invoice—with one click via email. To Share via email you simply:
Go to the document/artefact you want to share - contract, delivery or invoice.
Click on the send via email icon (as shown in the image below)
A share popup will appear for you to send via email. You can add emails by searching your connections using the contacts name or you can type any full email address into the field.
💡Note: You can send the document/artefact to one or more recipients
Once you have added in all the people you wish to share the document/artefact with you can click the share button.
The Platform will send an email to each person entered. The email sent will look like the below example:
Finally, to check the send status, clicks, and views of your shared documents/artefacts, access the new Notifications Sent report, under Reports-> Transactions-> Notifications Sent
