Why can I not add a new counterparty contact?

Navigation Tree: Transactions > Contracts > New Contract

When creating a new contract a user must select a Counterparty and Counterparty Contact. Users may encounter a situation where they have attempted to add a new counterparty contact and received an error message.

This error message is created when a new contact's email domain does not match the associated counterparty company's email domain. This validation is to ensure that only users associated with the selected counterparty are assigned as contacts on the contract.

Note: If a company does not have an established email domain in the AgriDigital system, this error message will not appear. This email domain can only be established by the administrator of the company or AgriDigital.
