When you create a new company in Connections, you are able to enter all of your counterparty's details.

After this, only they (and their team members) will have the authority to change their company details. This is for security reasons, in order to ensure that any user on the platform doesn't have permission to update other companies' details.

If, during this process, a typo or other error has been made, our CS team will be able to assist by updating this for you.
