How to re-open an Order

Navigation Tree: Transactions > Orders

You will now have an option to 're-open' a 'Completed' Order changing the status to 'In Progress', in the event you wish to edit your Order or add a Delivery.

To re-open a Completed Order, follow these steps:

  1. Click on 3 dots;

  2. Choose re-open order;

  3. A confirmation window will appear stating the new Delivery End date (ie 2 days from action);

  4. Once you click on 'Yes, re-open the order', your Order will show a status of 'In Progress'.

If you have an Order linked to a Contract, you may need to re-open the Contract,
