Who can generate a sales tax invoice?
To create a sales tax invoice:
A user does not need to be the creator of the contract
The user must be on the sale side of the contract. Therefore, the contract must appear as a 'Sale Contract'.
The seller must be an active user of AgriDigital in order for an invoice to be generated within AgriDigital. Therefore, if the seller is not an active AgriDigital user, it is assumed that invoicing is being managed externally to the platform.
By extension, deliveries onto contracts that are not invoiced will remain as 'Uninvoiced' status on the 'Delivery payments' list screen.
NOTE: An AgriDigital user does not have to be an AgriDigital subscriber to generate an invoice or mark the invoice as paid.
