How to add delivery instructions to an order (inventory to reference)?

Navigation: Transactions > Orders

Site operators: for your Buyer's to have destination information on the outturn delivery ticket, just follow the steps below.

Non-subscribed users: When creating an order in your AgriDigital account to outturn your grain, you're able to add information into the following fields which will automatically flow through to the delivery ticket on-site:

  • Reference number

  • Destination name

  • Destination address

  • Comments

To add these details to your order, simply follow the steps below:

1. When creating the order, select the Origin Type as Inventory and the Destination Type as Reference.

2. Enter in the relevant information into the origin and destination fields. The destination information will display on the outturn delivery ticket as shown below.
