NGR Sync To Update Grower Details

All grower details that we store on AgriDigital come directly from NGR - National Grower Register.

This includes payment details, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers.

As we get all of these details from NGR, we are unable to edit any grower details on our platform.

In order for these details to be correct in AgriDigital, grower's must keep their details up to date in NGR, to avoid any errors when transacting their grain.

Once a grower has updated their details in NGR, you will be able manually run the update on your account my clicking on the 'Sync NGR Records' button in Settings > Transactions > Customers and this will transfer any new details across to your AgriDigital account.
