How do I know if my Invoices have been generated correctly in XERO?

If your AgriDigital Invoices fail to publish in XERO you will be notified by error messages.

Some common causes of integration error are:

  • Incorrect Account mapping
    ​(Settings > Transactions > Integrations > Settings > Accounts)
    ​

  • Incorrect Contact mapping
    ​(Settings > Transactions > Integrations > Settings > Contacts)

If a contact is not mapped, the Invoice will not be generated and an error message will occur.

Once you have corrected the error, you are able to 'Publish to Xero' from within the individual Invoice.
