Something is wrong with my Xero Integration, how can I reset it?

💡Note: Doing these steps will not have an impact on your previously saved
accounts and contact mapping.



For Xero accounts with one organisation

Navigation: Settings > Transactions > Integrations.

Step 1: Disable Xero Integration

a. Click Disable next to the Xero icon.

Step 2: Re-enable Xero Integration

💡 Note: You will only need to enable your Xero account in AgriDigital once.

a. Click Enable next to the Xero icon.

b. You will be redirected to the Xero website. Log in using your Xero account credentials.

c. Click Allow access and you will be redirected back to AgriDigital.

d. Important: In the Settings > Integrations screen of AgriDigital, you will now be able to see the connected Xero organisation under Connected Organisation title.

From this screen, you can then set up your Xero Integration mappings if you haven’t done that before, or double-check the mappings if you had them already set by clicking Settings.

For Xero accounts with multiple organisations

If your Xero account has multiple organisations, do the following steps.

Navigation: Settings > Transactions > Integrations.

Step 1: Disable Xero Integration

a. Click Disable next to the Xero icon.

Step 2: Re-enable Xero Integration

💡Note: You will only need to enable your Xero account in AgriDigital once.

a. Click Enable next to the Xero icon.

b. You will be redirected to the Xero website. Log in using your Xero account credentials.

c. Select the organisation that you want to connect to AgriDigital, and then click Continue.

💡Note: If you allow access to multiple organisations in Xero by simply clicking Continue above, when you return to AgriDigital, you will still need to select one organisation you wish to sync to complete the integration set-up.


Go to Settings.

Select the organisation that you want to connect to AgriDigital, and then click Save.

d. Important: In the Settings > Integrations screen of AgriDigital, you will now be able to see the connected Xero organisation under Connected Organisation title.

From this screen, you can then set up your Xero Integration mappings if you haven’t done that before, or double-check the mappings if you had them already set by clicking Settings.
