I get a blank screen or error message when viewing my invoice

If your connected Xero account has multiple organisations, some invoices and RCTIs in AgriDigital may show a blank screen or error message when you click View in Xero.

This can happen when you are using a browser where you have (or is currently) logged-in to the Xero site and switched to an organisation profile other than what was set-up for integration with AgriDigital.

To fix this, simply log-in to the Xero site and switch to the organisation that was set-up for integration with AgriDigital.

When you go back to AgriDigital and click View in Xero, the browser should now display the corresponding invoice or RCTI.
