When you cancel a Tax Invoice or External Invoice in AgriDigital, it will be automatically void in your XERO account.

Cancelling Tax Invoices with AgriDigital's Xero Integration

RCTIs:

Individual RCTIs cannot be cancelled in AgriDigital, the Payment Summary is cancelled.
With Xero Integration, when a Payment Summary is cancelled the associated XERO RCTIs will be marked as Void.
