Create an Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery from Storage Deliveries form, eliminating the need to create a buyer accounts for growers.

When an owner (Supplier) of warehoused grain would like to retrieve their grain from your site you will need to create an Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) delivery.

The owner can request all or some of their warehoused Inventory back. This Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery will out-turn the amount specified, less any shrink, using a first in first out process, transferring received warehoused inventory to the supplier and splitting the original Receival Delivered amount, if required.

This is a one-step process saving you time.

To create an Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery you will need to go to Storage > Deliveries module and click 'New Delivery'.

  1. Select Delivery Type 'Out-turn';

  2. Select Delivered To 'Warehouse Inventory';


​​3. Enter the Delivery and Grower details, ensuring all *mandatory data is completed.

πŸ’‘Remember, once this Delivery has been 'Completed', you will be unable to reverse or edit this information.

4. Once the Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery has been created the warehoused inventory will be returned back to the grower and available to view on your Storage > Deliveries list screen.

How does the system know what deliveries to return?

The platform will know exactly which Warehouse Deliveries to complete, by using a first in first out approach.

Is shrink calculated on the out-turn?

Yes. The system will automatically deduct the relevant Shrink from the warehouse delivery in line with the shrink rates provided to AgriDigital for the site.

Where can I view my Receival and Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Deliveries?

You can view the Transfer and Delivery Reports on your Storage Dashboard for information on Receival and Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Deliveries.

You can also see all related deliveries from the out-turn deliveries details page by clicking the related artefacts tab (see screenshot below).

Can I reverse an Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery?

No. You can not reverse an Out-turn (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery.

If you have made an error on the delivery, simply re-create the delivery by creating a new Receival (Warehouse Inventory) Delivery from the storage delivery form for the supplier to recreate the inventory at your site.

Why isn't the supplier appearing when I search?

This is because the supplier may not have any warehouse inventory for the specified location, season or commodity.
