Navigation tree: Settings > Account > Team Members
An Admin user can deactivate a Team Member by following these simple steps:
Once in the Account feature in the Settings module, click on the Team Members tab.
You will now see a list of all Team Members, their emails and current Role. Click on the Edit button adjacent to the Team Member you wish to deactivate.
Underneath the template dropdown you will see a bin icon followed by "deactivate this team member" click this link.
A deactivate team member popup will appear (screenshot below) asking you to confirm that you wish to deactivate the team member, click deactivate and the team member will now be deactivate.
The team member will still appear on the team member list but will have an inactive status. This team member can be reactivate if needed at a later stage.
