When a contract is marked completed, it will not be visible in the delivery form to prevent you from creating more deliveries onto it by accident.

If you need to update linked deliveries to a completed contract, you need to revert a contract’s status to its previous state first (see Revert a contract to its previous status), before you can create additional deliveries onto the contract, or update or cancel deliveries already linked to the contract.
