Negative inventory may occur if delivery records do not match up the actual deliveries made. For example, deliveries coming into your bins do not have quality grade information, while those you out-turn from the same bins have.

To avoid this scenario, make sure to provide as much detail as possible in all your delivery records, to accurately capture your inventory.
