Why are some columns not available

A wide range of columns will be made available to a user in the Customize View feature in the list screen; however, a user may not always find their desired metric when searching available columns.

The primary reason for this restriction is due to "one to many" relationships. One to many refers to a relationship where A may be linked to many aspects of B but B is only related to one aspect of A.

An example of this in the AgriDigital platform can be explained by contracts and sale invoices. One contract can have many sale invoices but each sale invoice is related to only one contract. This relationship disables "sale invoice number" from being a column as the list screen would only allow for one sales invoice number to appear when in reality there could be multiple related sale invoices.
