An order is labelled as unfulfilled if the order's delivery end date has been reached and the order's minimum quantity requirement has not been met (See Order Definitions).
Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders with no Deliveries applied:
Navigate to the Orders feature within the Transactions module and select the desired order to view the detailed order form.
Select the options drop-down menu in the top right corner, and click the 'Cancel order' button.
This will provide you a confirmation pop-up to confirm the action and will mark you Order with status 'Cancelled' (Red).
Cancelling Unfulfilled Orders with Deliveries applied:
Users are unable to cancel unfulfilled Orders which have Deliveries applied to it. To Cancel these Orders you will need to reverse the Deliveries off the Order and delete the associated Deliveries.
