As a site operator, after creating a Delivery, you may realise that some details are incorrect or missing.
To amend this problem, please refer to the instructions below:
Click on the Delivery that you wish to edit and click the green "Update delivery" button at the top right of screen;
Edit/update the information that you wish to change/update;
Click the green 'Update' button at the bottom of the form to save these changes.
Editing Split Deliveries
Split tickets are unable to be edited.
For any Deliveries that show a split -A, -B etc that need to have details edited, you will need to Out-turn the Receival (Warehouse) Delivery portion/s to take this out of site.
Once out-turned you will then need to create new Receival Deliveries for the correct details to receive these new tonnes into site.
💡Note: If the 'Update delivery' button does not appear you are unable to edit the Delivery. Select the Options drop down menu and hover over the greyed out 'Edit Delivery' button for an explanation.
