Why can't I complete a delivery?

Navigation tree: Storage > Deliveries

There are several details that Site Operators need to be aware of when filling out a delivery form. These details will prevent the completion of a delivery and they include:

  • Mandatory fields: if you have not completed all fields labelled with a star (*);

  • Delivery weights (onto a contract): in the case of a delivery onto a contract, if the quantity being delivered is greater than the amount on the contract;

  • Unable to select relevant contract: a contract may not display in the “Contract number” drop-down menu if:

    • The location of the contract you want is different to the delivery location selected

    • The delivery type is incorrectly selected e.g. set to “Grower receival (Contract)” instead of “Buyer receival (Contract)”

    • The contracted quantity has already been fulfilled by preceding deliveries

    • For ExFarm contracts: you will need to set the delivery type to “Buyer receival (contract)” and set the “Supplier” as the Buyer on the contract NOT the Grower – please see our article on Delivering onto an ExFarm Contract - Storage Delivery
