For a clearer view of your storage inventory, you might want to hide your empty bins. This can be done by creating a custom view.

Create a custom view showing your active bins
Navigate to Storage > Inventory > Customise view
Filter the “Quantity” column selecting the filter “Is not” and entering the quantity 0
You can save this custom view for your organization as “Active Bins”
Create a custom view showing empty bins
We suggest that you also use a view only filtering your empty bins.
Navigate to storage > Inventory > Customise view
Filter the “Quantity” column selecting the filter “Includes” and entering the quantity 0
You can save this custom view for your organization as “Empty Bins”
How to track clean bins?
If you want to report on bins which have been cleaned and are ready for re filling, you can edit the bin's commodity using the commodity “Empty”
