There are two types of Storage Orders available in AgriDigital.

Bin to Bin Orders, used for internal site movements and general Orders, used to out-turn grain from your site for your Growers or Buyers.

Bin to Bin Orders (site movements)

  1. Navigate to your Storage > Orders module;

  2. Once on the Orders list screen, click on the green 'New Bin to Bin Order' button at the top right of the screen;

  3. Enter the Order details ensuring all *mandatory fields are completed. Once done, you will now be able to finalise by clicking on the green 'Create Order' button.

  4. Once this Order has been created and the Order is in 'Awaiting Deliveries' status, this is a good time to review to ensure the details are all correct before proceeding with creating your Deliveries directly onto the Order.

💡 You will notice both the Origin and Destination Type* field is set to Bin

  2. Once on the Orders list screen, click on the green 'New Order' button at the top right of the screen;

    Once done, the Order form will appear for you to fill in. Once all *mandatory fields are completed you will now be able to finalise by clicking on the green 'Create Order' button.
