Site Operator Orders direct the movement of commodities between an origin bin and a destination bin, allowing Site Operators to record and track commodity movements over-and-above the transactions of Buyers and Growers.

Orders contain the following information:

  • The commodity information

  • Start and end dates

  • Quantity & acceptable tolerance

  • Origin and destination information

  • Freight provider and associated information

Orders currently have one Origin and Destination type combination:

Bin to Bin Order
The Origin Type* is a Bin/ Location where the grain is stored and the Destination Type* is a Bin/Location, different from that of the Origin Bin but can use the same of different location. (example a Shrink Bin to a Physical Bin Movement at the same of different site).

Orders (Grower/Buyer)
For a Grower Order, Origin Type* set to Warehouse Inventory and the Destination Type* set to Reference.

For a Buyer Order, Origin Type* set to Inventory and the Destination Type* set to Reference.
