When viewing your list of deliveries, you will see colored markers next to each individual delivery. These status indicators help you know that particular delivery's status.

Updating of delivery status

AgriDigital Onfarm automatically updates a delivery’s status based on the action performed or information you provide.

Note

Once a delivery is ready for completion, you need to manually mark it as completed (see Complete a Delivery).

Below is a summary of corresponding action or information needed for each delivery status.

Delivery Status	Action/Information provided	Description
Draft (gray)	User creates a new delivery from the Deliveries screen, and then clicks Create Delivery in the new delivery screen.	A delivery record is saved as Draft by a user. Delivery record can be updated when necessary (see Update or edit a Delivery).
In Progress (yellow)	Vehicle information (any of the following): Vehicle ID Freight Carrier Driver Name	Delivery is in transit. Delivery is automatically marked as In Progress when delivery vehicle information is provided. Delivery record can be updated when necessary (see Update a Delivery).
On Site (blue)	Either Gross weight Tare weight	The delivery vehicle is on-site but has not yet left. Delivery is automatically marked as On Site if either or both gross or tare weight is provided. Delivery record can be updated when necessary (see Update a Delivery).
Pending (violet)	Both Gross weight Tare weight Or Net weight	There is still pending information needed (e.g., quality metrics, what contract to deliver to, etc.). Delivery is automatically marked as Pending if both gross and tare weight (or net weight) are provided. Delivery record can be updated when necessary (see Update a Delivery).
Completed (green)	All required fields and Complete Delivery button is clicked.	All required fields were completed and delivery was finalized. Note User has to* click the *Complete Delivery* to mark a delivery as completed (see Complete a Delivery).

You can also know a delivery's status based on the preceding characters of the Record ID.

Delivery Status	Record ID naming
All deliveries that are not yet completed/finalized Draft In Progress On Site Pending	Record ID is preceded by ‘TMP’ (e.g., TMP113000010) until it reaches the completed status TMP Stands for Temporary.
Deliveries that are completed/finalized	Record ID is preceded by ‘D’ (e.g., D113000010) There are situations where you might see two records with the same Delivery IDs (e.g., two D113000010) as AgriDigital Onfarm creates a delivery record per location.
