Cash price not appearing in drop-down list on delivery form

It is important to note that a cash price will only be matched to a particular commodity if the season, grade, and location of the delivered product matches what the buyer has specified when they created the cash price. In this instance, the cash price will not appear in the drop-down list on the storage delivery form.

Also, only active cash prices will appear in the drop-down list on the delivery form. It is not possible to deliver onto a cash price that is 'Scheduled' (future) or 'Inactive' status.

Cash price is appearing, but I am prevented from creating the delivery

Some buyers specify a maximum quantity when they post a cash price. The system prevents deliveries being made onto cash prices, beyond the quantity that has been specified.

Therefore, if a cash price has for example 7.5 mt remaining on it, and a grower delivers 23.5 mt of grain and attempts to deliver onto that cash price, the system will prevent the delivery from completing and will display the following message to the user, 'Delivery quantity (23.5) exceeds remaining quantity (7.5) on cash price'.
